What exactly about meat is good for you?
We are told that meat protein is essential to survival. We are told that we get vitamins and iron from meat. The truth is, we only get that because the animals are fed supplements to give them the vitamins we need (animals to not make B12 naturally, any more than humans do-they get it from their feed) Meat contains blood, pus, urine, feces, disease, growth hormones, steroids, antibiotics, purines, cholesterol, parasites, bacteria, amines, and a whole host of other things-there is no way to get the vitamins and protein without getting all of the other stuff
Can anyone recommend a protein bar/supplement which does not contain any crap???
Like:

Loads of sugar, artificial sweeteners (i would only accept Sucralose), trans fats, loads of fat, loads of calories, hydrogonated fats, etc.

In other words, i'm after a protein bar/shake which has natural sweeteners and is low in calories/fat and not full of synthetic crap, artificial sweeteners or anything hydrogenated
Can I be a vegetarian without taking vitamin supplements?
I'm thinking of becoming a vegetarian. but i heard you have to take supplements. is this true?

I'll still be eating dairy like milk and eggs.so would that be sufficient enough to keep enough protein in my body?

Questions about belly Flab?
I currently lost over 100 lbs and i have a lot of belly flab and arm flab left. What do I need to get rid of that. I have have been weightlifting, running, and doing abs exercises. The only thing I do take is protein shakes but no supplements

I am thinking of taking protein shakes that i bought from holland and barrets with my workout but they contain many ingredients that i am not familiar with, isit perfectly natuaral and safe to use them or isit better to steer clear of these protein/creatine supplements? because i am a little suspicious of the overly muscular guys i see on the packaging
