Hello. Next semester I am taking 19 credit hours, and on some days my school schedule does not allow for much time to eat during the morning and afternoon. I'm trying to make sure I get to eat at least something a couple of times during the school day, as I lift five times a week and am trying to put on some muscle mass
Are EAS meal replacement drinks milk-based, i.e. do they have much lactose in it?
It appears they are 'shakes', but I just dont know for sure. I can't seem to find this out on the EAS website. I am starting Body for Life and want to ease into the first official day by doing cardio & using at least one EAS product 3 weeks before the latest official start date

i just try a weight replacement shake drink it tasted foul due to had soy and I hate the taste of soy.

Anyone know of meal replacement drinks that are milk or lactose free?
Drinks like ensure or boost, but without lactose. Or without milk. Or maybe drinks you make yourself with milk and powder (becuase I have lactose free milk at home).
This is not to lose weight - this is because I have to be on a liquid diet
