I am going o start using cell tech creatine. is cell tech the best one to use? how long will it be until i feel a difference in endurance and muscle if i lift every day

i've tried alot of products ph, six star, body fortress. i'd have to say body fortress taste like shit. most of the supplements i took taste really bad. i cannot drink creatine or whey protien if they do not at least have a good taste to it

Everyone has knowledge of normal creatine monohydrate, but i purchased a different blend of creatine that prevents bloating and cramping in muscles.

Its a blend of titrated creatine, di creatine and dextrose (sugar)

Iam wondering is the titrated and di creatine have the same effects for muscle building as monohydrate?

Anyone know the solubility of creatine in Gatorade? I mix 20 grams of creatine with 20 fl oz of Gatorade at room temp (68f), mix well for 5 minutes and creatine solids still remain in solution on the bottom of the bottle

Anyways, suggestions are given such as 5 grams per day. But that's with straight up creatine powder.
